We understand that you may need to return a product or cancel an order for various reasons. This policy is designed to help with any issues related to returns or cancellations. It applies to all orders placed on MyPackagingBox.com and does not affect any legal rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
Refunds & Returns
As all products and services are customized according to customer instructions, any discrepancies or faults should be reported within 3 working days of receiving the order.
Company-Side Defects
If a product defect is confirmed to be the responsibility of the company, the entire order will be reprinted. The final decision regarding the defect will be made by the company. The customer must return the entire order within 7 working days and bear the shipping cost. Proof of defects, such as clear photographs, is required for evaluation.
Client-Side Defects
If the defect is determined to be the customer’s responsibility, any refund request will require the return of the entire order. In such cases, shipping, production, setup, printing, and billing costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
Order Cancellation
Once a proof is approved, the order is sent to production immediately. Orders may be cancelled within 4 hours of proof approval, subject to a 5% cancellation fee. Cancellation requests must be made within 12 to 24 hours of approval.
Orders already processed in production cannot be cancelled or refunded. However, storage and delayed shipping options may be offered if required.
